Analysis and correction of payroll pension records to reflect pensionable status of pay, allowances and bonuses. Calculation of pension liabilities owing to the pension fund.

Provide awareness sessions on Pension Taxation, the changes that have been introduced, how it affects individuals and their available options
Annual Assurance
Review and provide required assurance that the employer is acting in accordance with the scheme rules. Provide expert analysis and gather evidence to confirm assurance. This includes reports on performance of third party providers (payroll) , HR’s compliance with pension processes and scheme requirements.
Auto enrolment
Compliance with current legislation. Enrolling eligible non scheme members into a pension scheme on a three-year cycle. Fielding questions from the Pensions Regulator and investigate as required.
